As a school we have joined a new wellbeing program called ‘Stormbreak’, which focuses on emotional wellbeing and mental health through physical activity.  The children have been taking part in this for a few weeks now doing sessions such as a mindful scavenger hunt, classroom cross country and pebble meditation.

The aim of Stormbreak is to improve children’s mental health through movement, equipping them with sustainable, transferable skills ad coping strategies to thrive during the complex demands of growth into adult life.
