We are very excited to be going to Avon Tyrell this year for residential on 28th April - 2nd May 2025.

Monday 

Very nice weather. Been very hot but the sun is shining. Fingers crossed that it will be the same for the rest of the week -Amelie. 
So far the activities have been really interactive and fun.the staff have been really nice and friendly- Noah.

Today we did an egg drop, where we had to protect an egg with plastic and other materials. Then the instructor went to the top of the rock climbing wall to drop the eggs to see if they would crack.- Ella-Mae  

Tuesday 

On our second day, Group 2 did high ropes. It is like rock climbing, but in the trees. Then we did egg drop when you have an egg and you build a shelter for it, then you drop the egg from the abseiling tower. - Aurora 

Today, group 1 did a challenge course. We had challenges, like we went into something like a spider web, and we climbed on a little triangle thing, and there was rock climbing on one side, and the other side was steps. - Alice 

Group 3 did paddleboarding. It was good because we got to jump into the water but the water was very cold. Miss Ball got pushed in. After dinner, we got to go orienteering and explore more of the grounds. -Tommy and Rex 

Wednesday

Today, we started by doing the treetop trail, at the end of which was a big, long zip wire. After that, we went to do the high ropes. There were at least three different types of high ropes, and we chose to do the catwalk. - Emma
