NSPCC-Speak out. Stay Safe, visit.

On Monday the school was visited by the NSPCC. They ran two assemblies, one with KS1 and one with KS2, to share with the children the ways in which to Stay Safe and Speak Out. They had good discussions on the many ways in which children can be exploited and what they can do about it, including the Childline awareness. They received a guide for parents about Online safety developed by the NSPCC and O2, which also contains invaluable advice on ways to keep our children safe. If you wish to get more information, you can visit the Parents (click here) and the Children (click here) Online Safety sections on this website. On Wednesday we had a non uniform day with a £1 penalty fee to be donated to the fantastic work of the NSPCC.
